Terms and Conditions
Prices shown are in GBP. Bed linen is included. Overnight storage heating is also included, other electricity is charged by a one pound coin meter located in the kitchen.
Check in time is after 3pm. Check out time is by 10am.
Pets are welcome in our apartments. They must not be allowed on the furniture, or left alone in the apartment.
For the enjoyment of all our guests we would respectfully ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.
A non refundable deposit is payable upon booking.
The balance of the total holiday cost is payable four weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Bookings within four weeks of arrival require full prepayment.
Payments should be made payable to Coniston Holiday Apartments and sent to 15 Tulketh Avenue, Preston, PR2 1DR
If the client does not pay the balance of the total holiday cost at the prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this event the deposit will be forfeited. If the client cancels after the booking is confirmed (notification of which must be given in writing) the full amount of holiday cost is payable, unless the property can be re-let. We therefore strongly recommend holiday insurance. If we are able to re-let your accommodation (and we shall make every effort to do so) all monies paid will be refunded, less the deposit.
We will always do our best to ensure that our apartments are clean and tidy upon arrival of our guests, it is essential however that any defect or shortage is reported to us immediately, in order that the problem can be solved as quickly as possible. Should any problems arise during your stay, we would appreciate being advised by you as soon as possible. We ask our guests to leave their accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, and to pay for or replace any loss or damage incurred during their stay.
