Leave the M6 at junction 36 and follow signs for Kendal, Windermere and Ambelside.

From the North
Leave the M6 at junction 40 and follow signs for Keswick and Ambleside. Coniston is 8 miles from Ambleside along the main A593.

Richmond House can be found on Tilbertwaite Avenue, opposite the Visitors Centre car park.
